• At the end of each project, we gather client feedback on each Finit consultant. The feedback from our clients is the largest component on how our consultants are reviewed (including salary adjustments). Most consulting companies base everything on chargeability. We believe that making a customer ecstatic is better than trying to maximize fees, and we have built our employee review process to match that.
• We support our clients not only during projects, but after the implementation has finished. We do not charge our clients for product questions or basic support issues. We are more concerned with helping our clients resolve issues than with charging them fees every time they contact us, because we are truly committed to their long-term success.
